We are recruiting for EcoTech Emerge 2024, an innovation competition focusing on digital sustainability business tech ideas that can help the industry achieve net zero. Please find more details below.

 
AVEVA’s EcoTech Emerge 2024 looks for solutions in the following categories:

• EcoTech AI: AI- and machine learning-driven solutions that can transform the industry and foster sustainable operations.
• EcoTech Edge: Devices leveraging real-time data collection and IoT sensors to drive improvements in industrial operations.
• EcoTech Viz: Human-computer interfaces and UX-based solutions allowing engineering and operational teams to work more sustainably and efficiently.
• EcoTech Beyond: Software and emerging technologies (blockchain, quantum, cloud, etc.) addressing climate change, delivering carbon savings, and accelerating decarbonization. 

Who is it for?
Engineering and computer science students (+18 years old) enrolled in European universities and higher education institutions, as well as alumni who graduated within the last two years.

What is needed to participate?
Students need to:

• register from this link (<5 minutes)
• upload their CV and create/join a team of 1-4 people on the platform
• submit a 5-slide deck with their tech idea by Monday 4 November, 6 pm CET

What are the next steps?

• Shortlisting of 20 teams by AVEVA: 5-15 November 2024
• Mentoring by AVEVA executives: 16 November-2 December 2024
• Selection of 10 finalists: 3-13 December 2024
• Online pitch competition and final: 27 Feb 2025 (date TBC)

What are the benefits?
